WIOA Eligible Program
This program is approved for federal funding under the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA), which means individuals who meet certain criteria may qualify for financial assistance.
Hair Services: Cutting, coloring, and styling techniques for all hair types. Skin Care: Facials, skincare treatments, and hair removal methods. Nail Care: Manicures, pedicures, nail art, and artificial nails. Makeup Application: Techniques for day, evening, and special event makeup. Salon Management: Understanding of business operations, customer service, and health and safety standards.
