Program Description

WIOA Eligible Program
This program is approved for federal funding under the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA), which means individuals who meet certain criteria may qualify for financial assistance.
Students are prepared to complete a CompTIA A+ Computer Technician Certification and earn a nationally recognized journeyperson credential after completing the RTI and on-the-job requirements. To be eligible to participate in the Computer Support Specialist apprenticeship program, participants must either: A. be currently employed in the IT field, B. provide documentation of a minimum of 12 months of previous experience in an IT related position, or C. successfully complete the Information Technology Fundamentals pre-apprenticeship program.
