Elite Phlebotomy
The Elite Phlebotomy Program is a 4-week course designed to provide students with the knowledge, skills, and hands-on experience needed to succeed as professional phlebotomists. Classes are held three days per week, with flexible morning and evening options to accommodate busy schedules. The program includes classroom instruction and practical training in venipuncture, capillary puncture, specimen handling, infection control, medical terminology, and patient interaction. Students are trained to work with diverse patient populations while following industry safety standards and best practices. Upon successful completion of the program, students are eligible to sit for a national phlebotomy certification exam and are prepared for entry-level employment in hospitals, laboratories, clinics, and other healthcare settings.
Outcomes & Opportunities
Graduates of the Elite Phlebotomy Program receive career-focused support to help them transition into the workforce. Students are assisted with resume building and interview preparation to increase confidence and job readiness. The program has achieved a 90% job placement rate among graduates. In addition, all students who have completed the program have successfully passed the national phlebotomy certification exam. Graduates are prepared for entry-level employment opportunities in hospitals, laboratories, clinics, and other healthcare settings.
