Program Description

WIOA Eligible Program
This program is approved for federal funding under the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA), which means individuals who meet certain criteria may qualify for financial assistance.
This course will provide students with: 1. Hands-on computer repair, network configuration & architecture as well as configuration and development of mobile devices in an enterprise. This training is designed to give the student the ability to build, upgrade, troubleshoot and maintain computer systems. 2. Operation and maintenance of operating systems 3. Preventative maintenance techniques 4. Computer networking for enterprise, small business, and home 5. Introduction to network applications and administration 6. Troubleshooting and correcting software & hardware issues 7. Preparation for the A+ & Network+ Certification 8. Job shadowing & placement assistance
